Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 2 cups peaches diced
  • 0.33 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.5 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp butter
Assembly
  • 10 egg roll wrappers
  • oil for frying
  • powdered sugar for topping

Method
 

  1. Cook peaches with sugar and spices until soft.
  2. Add cornstarch slurry and thicken mixture.
  3. Cool filling completely.
  4. Fill and roll wrappers tightly.
  5. Fry until golden brown.
  6. Drain and dust with sugar before serving.

Notes

Serve warm for best texture. Can be air-fried for a lighter option.
