- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Whisk melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
- Mix in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder until combined.
- Fold chocolate chips into the brownie batter.
- In another bowl, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, softened butter, and vanilla until creamy.
- Spread half the brownie batter into the prepared pan.
- Carefully spread peanut butter filling over the batter.
- Top with remaining brownie batter and smooth gently.
- Bake for 38-45 minutes until edges are set and center is slightly soft.
- Cool completely before slicing into squares and serving.
