Ingredients
  

Steak
  • 2 ribeye steaks 8 oz each
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic smashed
Pasta
  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta
Sauce
  • 1.5 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese freshly grated

Equipment

  • Large pot
  • Skillet
  • Tongs
  • Knife

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta until al dente and reserve pasta water.
  2. Season and sear steak, then rest.
  3. Prepare garlic parmesan cream sauce.
  4. Combine pasta with sauce and top with sliced steak.

Notes

Use freshly grated parmesan for smooth sauce.
