Ingredients
  

Peri Peri Chicken
  • 2 lb chicken pieces
  • 3 red chili peppers
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp salt

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Grill or oven

Method
 

  1. Blend all sauce ingredients until smooth.
  2. Coat chicken with peri peri sauce.
  3. Marinate for at least 2 hours.
  4. Cook chicken over medium-high heat.
  5. Turn occasionally until cooked through.
  6. Rest briefly before serving.
