Ingredients
  

Wings
  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
Sauce
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 0.25 cup cowboy candy syrup
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 0.5 cup cowboy candy jalapeños chopped
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with water

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven and prepare baking sheet.
  2. Dry wings and toss with baking powder and spices.
  3. Bake wings until crispy, flipping halfway.
  4. Simmer pineapple juice, syrup, honey, soy sauce, and vinegar.
  5. Add jalapeños and thicken sauce with cornstarch.
  6. Toss baked wings in sauce until coated.
  7. Garnish and serve immediately.

Notes

Adjust heat by adding more or fewer jalapeños. Serve immediately for best texture.
