Ingredients
  

Rum Punch Base
  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 2 cups mango nectar
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 0.5 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1.5 cups white rum
  • 0.5 cup dark rum
  • 0.25 cup grenadine
  • 2 cups sparkling water or lemon-lime soda
  • 4 cups ice cubes
Garnishes
  • 1 cup pineapple wedges
  • 1 cup mango slices
  • 0.5 cup lime wheels
  • 0.25 cup maraschino cherries
  • 0.25 cup fresh mint leaves

Equipment

  • Large pitcher or punch bowl
  • Mixing spoon

Method
 

  1. Fill a large pitcher or punch bowl with ice cubes.
  2. Pour in pineapple juice, mango nectar, orange juice, and lime juice.
  3. Add white rum and dark rum.
  4. Stir thoroughly until combined.
  5. Slowly pour grenadine into the mixture.
  6. Add sparkling water or lemon-lime soda just before serving.
  7. Stir gently to keep carbonation fresh.
  8. Garnish with pineapple wedges, mango slices, lime wheels, cherries, and mint leaves.
  9. Serve immediately over ice.

Notes

For frozen rum punch, blend ingredients with crushed ice. Adjust rum amount based on preferred cocktail strength.
