Ingredients
  

Frosting
  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 3.5 cups powdered sugar sifted
  • 0.5 cup pistachio paste or finely ground pistachios
  • 2-3 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Beat butter until light and creamy.
  2. Gradually add powdered sugar and mix well.
  3. Add pistachio paste and blend until smooth.
  4. Add vanilla, salt, and cream as needed.
  5. Whip until fluffy and ready to use.

Notes

Re-whip frosting if refrigerated before use.
