Method
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and grease ramekins.
- Melt chocolate and butter until smooth.
- Stir in pistachio paste.
- Whisk eggs, yolks, and sugar until pale.
- Fold chocolate mixture into egg mixture.
- Add flour and salt gently.
- Divide into ramekins and bake 10-12 minutes.
- Invert onto plates and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra indulgence, serve with vanilla ice cream or raspberry sauce. Do not overbake to maintain molten center.
