Ingredients
  

Brie Bites
  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
  • 6 oz Brie cheese rind removed, cut into cubes
  • 0.5 cup shelled pistachios finely chopped
  • 1 egg beaten for egg wash
Raspberry Honey Glaze
  • 3 tbsp raspberry preserves or fresh puree
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp lemon juice optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut puff pastry into 12 squares.
  3. Place a cube of Brie in center of each square and fold corners to seal.
  4. Brush tops with beaten egg and sprinkle chopped pistachios.
  5. Bake 15–18 minutes until golden and puffed.
  6. Mix raspberry preserves, honey, and lemon juice to create glaze.
  7. Drizzle glaze over warm Brie bites before serving.

Notes

Pistachios can be substituted with almonds or walnuts; Brie can be replaced with Camembert.
