Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut puff pastry into 12 squares.
- Place a cube of Brie in center of each square and fold corners to seal.
- Brush tops with beaten egg and sprinkle chopped pistachios.
- Bake 15–18 minutes until golden and puffed.
- Mix raspberry preserves, honey, and lemon juice to create glaze.
- Drizzle glaze over warm Brie bites before serving.
Notes
Pistachios can be substituted with almonds or walnuts; Brie can be replaced with Camembert.
