- Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.

- Dip ladyfingers briefly into cooled espresso.

- Spread pistachio cream mixture over ladyfingers.
- Repeat layers and top with pistachios and cocoa powder.
- Chill at least 4 hours before serving.
