- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
- Cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients until combined.
- Fold in chopped Pop Tarts and white chocolate chips.
- Scoop large dough balls onto baking sheet and create a small indentation in each.
- Add strawberry jam to the center and lightly cover with dough.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
- Cool completely before frosting with powdered sugar glaze and decorating with sprinkles.
