Pretzel Chicken
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Coat chicken in flour, egg, then crushed pretzels.
  3. Bake 22–28 minutes until cooked through.
  4. Prepare mustard-cheddar sauce and drizzle over chicken.

Notes

For extra crunch, bake on wire rack over sheet pan.
