Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 0.5 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.25 cup cream cheese softened
  • 0.25 cup Monterey Jack cheese shredded
Base
  • 6 slices white bread crust removed
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup pretzels crushed
  • 2 tbsp butter melted

Method
 

  1. Mix all cheeses together.
  2. Flatten bread slices.
  3. Fill with cheese and roll into balls.
  4. Dip in egg and coat with crushed pretzels.
  5. Place on baking sheet and brush with butter.
  6. Bake at 375°F for 12–15 minutes.
  7. Serve warm with dipping sauce.
