- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- In another bowl, mix pumpkin purée, sugars, eggs, milk, butter, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and stir just until combined.
- Pipe batter into donut pan, filling each cavity about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 14–16 minutes until donuts spring back lightly.
- Cool slightly, then remove from pan and place on wire rack.
Notes
Donuts can be coated in cinnamon sugar or topped with glaze after cooling.
