Ingredients
  

Pasta Dish
  • 12 oz pasta
  • 2 fillets salmon skinless
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 4 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta in salted water and drain.
  2. Sear salmon and flake.
  3. Prepare garlic cream sauce and wilt spinach.
  4. Toss pasta with sauce and fold in salmon.

Notes

Add reserved pasta water to loosen sauce if needed.
