  • 2 oz silver tequila 100% agave
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 0.75 oz passionfruit pulp
  • 0.75 oz raspberry syrup
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • 1 egg white optional

Method
 

  1. Prepare raspberry syrup by simmering raspberries, sugar, and water for 5–7 minutes and straining.
  2. Add tequila, lime juice, passionfruit pulp, raspberry syrup, simple syrup, and egg white to a shaker without ice.
  3. Dry shake for 15 seconds to create foam.
  4. Add ice and shake again until chilled.
  5. Double strain into chilled glass and garnish before serving.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for best flavor. Aquafaba can replace egg white for vegan option.
