Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups corned beef finely chopped
  • 1 cup sauerkraut drained
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese shredded
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1.5 cups seasoned breadcrumbs

Method
 

  1. Combine corned beef, sauerkraut, cheese, cream cheese, mustard, and spices.
  2. Chill mixture 30 minutes.
  3. Roll into 1-inch balls.
  4. Coat in flour, egg, and breadcrumbs.
  5. Fry at 350°F until golden brown.
  6. Drain and serve with dipping sauce.

Notes

Double-coating provides extra crispiness. Ensure sauerkraut is fully drained.
