Method
- Mix cream cheese, crab, green onions, garlic powder, and soy sauce until smooth.
- Dip rice paper briefly in warm water and lay flat.
- Place filling in center and fold into sealed shape.
- Fry at 350°F until golden, or air fry at 375°F for 8–10 minutes.
Notes
Do not oversoak rice paper to prevent tearing. Best served immediately for maximum crispiness.
