Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup crab meat drained
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 0.5 tsp sesame oil
Wrapping
  • 12 rice paper sheets

Method
 

  1. Mix filling ingredients.
  2. Soften rice paper briefly in warm water.
  3. Fill and fold into parcels.
  4. Fry or air fry until golden and crisp.

Notes

Do not oversoak rice paper; it softens quickly.
