Ingredients
  

Chicken and Sauce
  • 6 chicken thighs bone-in, skin-on
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Season and sear chicken until golden.
  2. Sauté onions and garlic in the same pan.
  3. Deglaze with apple cider and add mustard and herbs.
  4. Return chicken and simmer until cooked through.
