Ingredients
  

Pork
  • 1 lb pork chops cut into cubes
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper freshly cracked
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Wok or skillet
  • Slotted spoon
  • Wire rack

Method
 

  1. Cut pork chops into bite-sized cubes.
  2. Season pork with soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat pork cubes with cornstarch.
  4. Heat oil in a wok or skillet to 375°F.
  5. Fry pork cubes until golden and crispy.
  6. Drain on paper towels.
  7. Sauté garlic and chili in a skillet.
  8. Add pork bites and toss with salt, pepper, and green onions.

Notes

Double frying the pork can create an extra crispy texture.
