Cookie Dough
  • 2.25 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 tsp baking soda
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.75 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 0.75 cup brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Cheesecake Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.25 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Topping
  • 0.5 cup salted caramel sauce
  • flaky sea salt for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven and prepare baking sheets.
  2. Mix dry ingredients together.
  3. Cream butter and sugars until fluffy.
  4. Add egg and vanilla extract.
  5. Combine wet and dry ingredients into dough.
  6. Prepare cheesecake filling until smooth.
  7. Stuff cookie dough with filling and caramel.
  8. Bake until lightly golden.
  9. Drizzle with caramel and garnish with sea salt.
