- Preheat oven and prepare baking sheets.
- Cream butter and sugars until fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla.
- Mix dry ingredients and combine with wet ingredients.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Wrap dough around caramel and seal.
- Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are set.
- Sprinkle with sea salt and cool before serving.
Notes
Chill dough for thicker cookies. Best served slightly warm for gooey caramel center.
