- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and line baking sheets.
- Cream butter and sugar, then mix in milk and vanilla.
- Add flour and salt to form dough.
- Roll and cut into rings.
- Bake 10–12 minutes until golden.
- Toast coconut until golden.
- Melt caramels with cream and mix with coconut.
- Spread topping over cookies.
- Drizzle and dip in melted chocolate.
- Cool until set and serve.
Notes
Chill cookies before topping for best results. Add sea salt for extra flavor.
