  • 12 slider buns
  • 12 breakfast sausage patties
  • 8 eggs large
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter melted

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease baking dish.
  2. Cook sausage patties until fully done and set aside.
  3. Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Scramble eggs until just set.
  5. Layer buns, sausage, eggs, and cheese in baking dish.
  6. Top with buns, brush with butter, and bake covered.
  7. Uncover and bake until golden and melted.

Notes

Sliders can be refrigerated or frozen for meal prep.
