- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions and drain.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook sausage in a skillet until browned and set aside.
- Sauté diced onion until soft.
- Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper then scramble lightly.
- Prepare cheese sauce by melting butter and whisking in flour.
- Slowly add milk while whisking until sauce thickens.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and garlic powder.
- Layer noodles, eggs, sausage, bacon, onions, and cheese in a baking dish.
- Repeat layers and finish with sauce and mozzarella.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
This dish can be assembled the night before and baked fresh in the morning for easy brunch preparation.
