Salmon
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
Honey Butter Glaze
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Season salmon fillets with spices.
  2. Heat oil and cook salmon until golden and cooked through.
  3. Remove salmon and prepare glaze in the same pan.

  5. Simmer until slightly thickened.
  6. Return salmon and coat with glaze before serving.
