  • 1 pie crust shortcrust pastry
  • 3 potatoes thinly sliced
  • 1 head radicchio chopped
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 cup cheese grated
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven and prepare tart crust.
  2. Parboil potatoes until tender.
  3. Sauté onion and radicchio.
  4. Whisk eggs and cream.
  5. Layer potatoes and radicchio in crust.
  6. Add cheese and egg mixture.
  7. Bake until set and golden.
