  • 4 bagels halved
Egg Filling
  • 6 eggs large
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 0.5 cup cooked bacon or sausage crumbled
  • 0.25 cup bell peppers diced
  • 0.25 cup onions chopped
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet.
  2. Place bagel halves on the baking sheet and press centers slightly.
  3. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Stir in cheese, meat, and vegetables.
  5. Spoon mixture onto bagels.
  6. Bake for 15–18 minutes until set.
  7. Cool slightly and serve warm.
