Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice tops off bagels and hollow out the centers carefully.
- Brush inside of bagels with melted butter.
- Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Stir in cheddar cheese, bacon, and green onions.
- Pour egg mixture into hollowed bagels.
- Bake until eggs are set and tops are golden brown.
- Cool slightly and serve warm.
