Ingredients
  

Bagels
  • 4 plain bagels tops sliced and centers hollowed
  • 1 tbsp butter melted
Quiche Filling
  • 6 eggs
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup cooked bacon crumbled
  • 0.25 cup green onions sliced
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp paprika

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice tops off bagels and hollow out the centers carefully.
  3. Brush inside of bagels with melted butter.
  4. Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  5. Stir in cheddar cheese, bacon, and green onions.
  6. Pour egg mixture into hollowed bagels.
  7. Bake until eggs are set and tops are golden brown.
  8. Cool slightly and serve warm.

Notes

Customize with your favorite vegetables, meats, or cheeses. Best served fresh and warm from the oven.
