Pizza Rolls
  • 1 lb pizza dough vegan
  • 0.5 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup vegan mozzarella shredded
  • 0.5 cup bell peppers diced
  • 0.25 cup red onion chopped
  • 0.25 cup black olives sliced
  • 0.25 cup mushrooms chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll dough into a rectangle.
  3. Spread sauce and add fillings.
  4. Roll dough tightly and slice.
