  • 2 lbs beef chuck cut into chunks
  • 1.5 lbs baby potatoes halved
  • 4 tbsp butter melted
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup beef broth

Method
 

  1. Season beef and add to slow cooker with potatoes.
  2. Mix garlic butter and broth, then pour over.
  3. Cook on low 7–8 hours or high 4–5 hours.
  4. Stir gently and garnish before serving.

Use chuck roast for best tenderness.
