Crostini Ingredients
  • 1 French baguette sliced into ½-inch rounds
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 4 oz smoked salmon thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp capers drained
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 fresh dill sprigs for garnish
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for brushing baguette

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brush baguette slices lightly with olive oil and toast 8–10 minutes until golden.
  3. Mix cream cheese with lemon juice until smooth.
  4. Spread cream cheese on toasted baguette slices.
  5. Top with smoked salmon, capers, and dill sprigs.
  6. Serve immediately on a platter.

Notes

Assemble just before serving to keep crostini crisp.
