Sandwich
  • 4 slices bread
  • 4 oz smoked salmon
  • 0.25 cup cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cucumber sliced
  • 0.25 red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Toast bread lightly if desired.
  2. Spread cream cheese evenly on bread.
  3. Layer smoked salmon on top.
  4. Add cucumber and red onion.
  5. Season with herbs, lemon juice, and pepper.
  6. Assemble sandwich and serve.
