Ingredients
  

Brownie Cups
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chunks or mini chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup graham cracker crumbs

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease 12-cup muffin tin or line with paper liners.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Sift cocoa, flour, salt, and baking powder. Fold into wet mixture until combined.
  4. Spoon batter into muffin cups, filling 2/3 full.
  5. Bake 12–15 minutes until edges set but centers slightly soft.
  6. Sprinkle mini marshmallows on top, bake 2–3 minutes more until lightly toasted.
  7. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs immediately after removing from oven. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Use broiler for extra toasted marshmallows. Store in airtight container for up to 2 days.
