- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease 12-cup muffin tin or line with paper liners.
- In a medium bowl, mix melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Sift cocoa, flour, salt, and baking powder. Fold into wet mixture until combined.
- Spoon batter into muffin cups, filling 2/3 full.
- Bake 12–15 minutes until edges set but centers slightly soft.
- Sprinkle mini marshmallows on top, bake 2–3 minutes more until lightly toasted.
- Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs immediately after removing from oven. Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Use broiler for extra toasted marshmallows. Store in airtight container for up to 2 days.
