Ingredients
  

Cookie Dough
  • 2.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.75 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 0.75 cup brown sugar packed
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs large
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
Filling
  • 12 marshmallows halved
  • 1 chocolate bar broken into squares

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets.
  2. Mix flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Cream butter and sugars until fluffy.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
  5. Combine dry ingredients with wet mixture.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips and graham crumbs.
  7. Flatten dough, add marshmallow and chocolate, and seal.
  8. Place on baking sheet and bake 10-12 minutes.
  9. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve warm for gooey center. Chill dough for thicker cookies if desired.
