- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets.
- Mix flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Cream butter and sugars until fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
- Combine dry ingredients with wet mixture.
- Fold in chocolate chips and graham crumbs.
- Flatten dough, add marshmallow and chocolate, and seal.
- Place on baking sheet and bake 10-12 minutes.
- Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve warm for gooey center. Chill dough for thicker cookies if desired.
