Ingredients
  

Berry Green Blend
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 0.5 cup spinach
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
Tropical Carrot Blend
  • 1 cup mango chunks
  • 0.5 cup pineapple
  • 0.5 cup steamed carrots
  • 0.5 banana
  • 0.5 cup orange juice
Purple Power Blend
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 0.5 cup cooked beetroot
  • 1 banana
  • 0.5 cup yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Popsicle molds
  • Silicone molds
  • Mixing bowls

Method
 

  1. Wash and prepare all fruits and vegetables.
  2. Steam carrots or beetroot until soft if needed and cool completely.
  3. Blend all ingredients for the Berry Green Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into molds or serving cups.
  5. Repeat blending separately for the Tropical Carrot Blend.
  6. Pour into molds or layer with other flavors.
  7. Blend all ingredients for the Purple Power Blend until creamy.
  8. Fill remaining molds with the purple mixture.
  9. Freeze popsicles or smoothie bites for 4-6 hours until firm.
  10. Remove from molds and serve immediately or store frozen.

Notes

Use frozen fruit for thicker texture and naturally sweeter flavor. Add chia seeds or protein powder for extra nutrition.
