- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x9-inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, combine melted butter, maple syrup, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow bars to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
- Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with a maple glaze if desired before serving.
