Method
- Marinate chicken in buttermilk for at least 4 hours.
- Mix flour with spices in a bowl.
- Dip chicken into egg then coat in flour mixture.
- Heat oil to 350°F.
- Fry chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
- Drain on wire rack and serve hot.
Notes
Allow chicken to rest after coating to help the crust stick better.
