Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 2 cups chicken cooked and shredded
  • 0.5 cup buffalo sauce
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
Dough
  • 1 package biscuit dough
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 1 egg for egg wash

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line baking sheet.
  2. Mix chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, cheddar, and spices.
  3. Flatten dough into circles.
  4. Add filling to center and fold dough over.
  5. Seal edges and place on baking sheet.
  6. Brush with egg wash.
  7. Bake 18-22 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Cool slightly and serve.

Notes

Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing. Adjust spice level to taste.
