Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 2 large chicken breasts sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt to taste
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper to taste
Alfredo Pasta
  • 12 oz penne pasta
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1.5 cups parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp red pepper flakes

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Cook pasta until al dente and drain.
  3. Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cook chicken in olive oil until golden and fully cooked.
  5. Melt butter in skillet and sauté garlic.
  6. Add heavy cream and milk, then stir in parmesan cheese until smooth.
  7. Season Alfredo sauce with Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes.
  8. Combine pasta, sauce, and chicken together.
  9. Transfer to baking dish, top with mozzarella cheese, and bake until bubbly.

Notes

Add bacon, shrimp, or spinach for delicious variations. Best served hot with garlic bread or salad.
