Ingredients
  

Salmon Bowl Base
  • 2 salmon fillets cubed
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups cooked rice
Honey Butter Sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • parsley and chili flakes for garnish

Method
 

  1. Season salmon with Cajun spices and seasoning.
  2. Heat oil in skillet until hot.
  3. Sear salmon until golden and cooked through.
  4. Melt butter and sauté garlic.
  5. Add honey and lemon juice to form sauce.
  6. Coat salmon in sauce.
  7. Serve over rice and garnish.

Notes

Best served fresh. Add vegetables or spice level adjustments as desired.
