- Season salmon with Cajun spices and seasoning.
- Heat oil in skillet until hot.
- Sear salmon until golden and cooked through.
- Melt butter and sauté garlic.
- Add honey and lemon juice to form sauce.
- Coat salmon in sauce.
- Serve over rice and garnish.

Best served fresh. Add vegetables or spice level adjustments as desired.
