Ingredients
  

Egg Filling
  • 6 large eggs hard-boiled and peeled
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp chili-garlic sauce adjust to taste
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • paprika for garnish
  • chopped chives or parsley optional garnish

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Fork
  • Spoon or piping bag
  • Refrigerator

Method
 

  1. Slice hard-boiled eggs in half and remove yolks into a bowl.
  2. Mash yolks and mix with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chili-garlic sauce, garlic powder, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spoon or pipe filling back into egg white halves.
  4. Sprinkle paprika and garnish with chives or parsley.
  5. Chill 20–30 minutes before serving.
  6. Serve cold as a party appetizer or snack.

Notes

Best served cold and fresh. Store in refrigerator for up to 2 days.
