Method
- Slice hard-boiled eggs in half and remove yolks into a bowl.
- Mash yolks and mix with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chili-garlic sauce, garlic powder, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon or pipe filling back into egg white halves.
- Sprinkle paprika and garnish with chives or parsley.
- Chill 20–30 minutes before serving.
- Serve cold as a party appetizer or snack.
Notes
Best served cold and fresh. Store in refrigerator for up to 2 days.
