Ingredients
  

Chicken Wings
  • 2 pounds chicken wings split
  • 1 tbsp baking powder aluminum-free
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
Buffalo Sauce
  • 0.5 cup hot sauce
  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp honey optional
Blue Cheese Dip
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.33 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp milk as needed

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F and prepare baking sheet with wire rack.
  2. Pat wings dry and coat with baking powder and seasonings.
  3. Bake 20 minutes, flip, and bake another 20–25 minutes until crispy.
  4. Melt butter and mix with hot sauce and seasonings.
  5. Mix dip ingredients until creamy.
  6. Toss wings in sauce and serve with dip.

Notes

For extra crispiness, chill seasoned wings uncovered in refrigerator for 1 hour before baking.
