Ingredients
  

Chicken Wings
  • 2 lbs chicken wings skin-on
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
Spicy Honey Garlic Sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1–2 tbsp sriracha adjust to taste
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds optional garnish
  • 2 tbsp green onions chopped, optional garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat chicken wings dry and toss with cornstarch, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Arrange wings on baking sheet in a single layer and drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Bake for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  5. Meanwhile, whisk honey, soy sauce, sriracha, garlic, and rice vinegar in a small saucepan and heat for 2–3 minutes.
  6. Toss baked wings in sauce until evenly coated.
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
