Ingredients
  

Bulgogi Beef
  • 1 lb thinly sliced beef
  • 1 cup kimchi chopped
  • 4 hoagie rolls

  • Large skillet
  • Mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Marinate beef with soy sauce, gochujang, garlic, sugar, and sesame oil.
  2. Cook onions until caramelized and set aside.
  3. Cook beef over high heat until browned.
  4. Add kimchi and onions, then melt cheese over mixture.
  5. Assemble sandwiches in toasted rolls and serve hot.

Notes

Use well-fermented kimchi for deeper flavor.
