Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 1 kg chicken wings
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
Sauce
  • 2 tbsp gochujang
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ginger grated
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Method
 

  1. Season and coat wings with cornstarch.
  2. Bake until crispy.
  3. Prepare sauce by simmering ingredients.
  4. Toss wings in sauce.

Notes

Adjust spice level by controlling gochujang amount.
