  • 12 oz penne pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 chicken breasts sliced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 0.5 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 2 jalapenos sliced
  • 0.5 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 0.25 cup parsley chopped

Equipment

  • Large skillet
  • Pot for pasta
  • Mixing spoon
  • Knife and cutting board

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil and cook seasoned chicken until done, then remove.
  3. Sauté garlic in butter until fragrant.
  4. Add cream and milk, then stir in cheeses until melted.
  5. Add jalapeños and red pepper flakes.
  6. Return chicken and mix well.
  7. Add pasta and toss to coat in sauce.
  8. Simmer briefly, garnish, and serve.

Notes

Adjust spice level by modifying jalapeños and pepper flakes. Best served fresh.
