  • 1.5 lbs salmon fillets cut into cubes
  • 0.5 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ginger grated
Rice Bowl Base
  • 3 cups cooked jasmine rice
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 1 cucumber sliced
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 green onions sliced

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven or air fryer.
  2. Mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, sriracha, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Coat salmon cubes in sauce mixture.
  4. Bake or air fry salmon until cooked and caramelized.
  5. Prepare rice and vegetables while salmon cooks.
  6. Assemble bowls with rice, salmon, and vegetables.
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
  8. Serve immediately with lime wedges.

Notes

Air frying creates crispier salmon edges while baking provides softer texture. Adjust sriracha for preferred spice level.
