- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Cook chicken in olive oil until golden and fully cooked.

- Return chicken to skillet and coat in sauce.
- Add pineapple chunks and cook until caramelized.
- Serve over rice and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.

Add vegetables like bell peppers or broccoli for extra nutrition. Adjust spice level with more or less sriracha.
